Online Sales Tracking System
Driven by our GCEO Christopher’s vision to exponentially expand the company, he realised the necessity of an online system to oversee sales and commission processes as the consultant team burgeoned to 1000 members.
To integrate technology seamlessly into the workplace and enhance operational efficiency, the company established an in-house IT department tasked with developing a proprietary online sales tracking system, named Gplex Online Systems (GOS). This platform digitalises sales records and connects them via an internal network, streamlining the workflow for staff and consultants and ushering the company into the digital era.
GOS empowers both consultants and support staff to boost their productivity and effectiveness through its online interface, minimising the need for phone conversations and paperwork. Crucially, it allows the Management to oversee daily operations in real-time, facilitating more informed and timely decision-making.

Joining Process
After your interview with us, youโll need to complete the following steps to officially become a Gplex consultant.
- Registration FeeA one-time registration fee is required.
- E-ModuleAfter paying the fee, applicants will have to sit for a compulsory e-training session designed to equip you with all the necessary knowledge and skills to excel as a consultant.
- GEM CampUpon passing your E-module training, you are able to apply for the GEM camp which is an intensive training course for developing your mindset and skills to get you onboard and fully prepared for the journey ahead.
- NCC CourseYouโll also need to attend a two-day NCC course provided by MIEA. Once you receive your certification, submit the related documents to Gplex to obtain your REN tag.
Applicants have to be above the age of 18. Otherwise, there are no specific qualifications required to become a Gplex consultant. Our experienced team and robust training system are dedicated to getting you onboard and fully prepared to succeed as a consultant. As a consultant, you will have flexibility in working locations. You will need to arrange appointments, interact with clients, conduct house viewings, finalize contracts, and collaborate with various departments. Therefore, working remotely is possible but not recommended.
